Privacy policy

Who we are

TableClub (“we”) runs table-club.net. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. For any privacy question, email hello@table-club.net.

What we collect

The details you give at registration (two first names, email, neighbourhood, ages, languages, availability, price band, dietary needs, interests and optional notes), an optional phone number given at confirmation for the day-of reminder, the messages you send, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To match you into dinners, to handle confirmations and the small booking fee, to send service emails and the updates you opt into, to run chat and support, and to keep the service safe. We never sell your data.

Your identity stays private

Other members only ever see your username — never your names, email or phone. We don’t publish photos or profiles.

Who we share with

Only the providers that run the service for us — our email provider and, when you pay a booking fee, our payment provider — and only as needed. The restaurant receives a headcount and any dietary needs, not your identity.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your profile is active. You can delete everything at any time from your profile (“Forget my profile”), which permanently erases your couple profile, username, dinners, messages and credit. Some records may be kept briefly where the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and withdraw email consent at any time. Email hello@table-club.net.

Changes

If this policy changes we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
